For a customer in Belgium, we developed a fully integrated chlorine (Cl₂) stack measurement system for monitoring residual gases during monovinyl chloride (MVC) production — a critical building block for PVC.
This project represents a complete end-to-end engineered solution, fully designed and built in-house by our team.
Technical Scope
Sample Conditioning System (SCS) – optimized for reliability and minimal sample degradation.
Cl₂ colorimetric papertape analyser – capable of detecting very low ppb levels, ensuring accurate and continuous emission monitoring.
Integration in a GRP cabinet – safe for general-area installation, with clear compartment separation for the analyser, sample conditioning, and communication modules.
Industrial communication and control – fully customized to meet the client’s requirements.
From Concept to Implementation
Our team handled the entire process, including:
engineering & process design
mechanical and electrical drawings
in-house assembly and wiring
testing and system integration
full FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) performed together with the client
The result is a flawlessly executed, plug-and-play solution, ready for installation on site.
Why This Project Stands Out
This system ensures continuous and highly accurate Cl₂ measurement in a complex and safety-critical environment. It showcases our expertise in gas analysis, sample conditioning, and industrial system integration — and demonstrates our ability to build custom engineered solutions from the ground up.
