    Traditional monitors bin particles into a few size categories and apply a static density factor. The OPX 1025 takes a smarter approach. Using a polychromatic light source, it captures data across 4,096 raw size bins.

    By analyzing this high-resolution scattering data, the RealPM algorithm automatically corrects for particle density and refractive index changes caused by humidity or mixed aerosols. This delivers reference-grade accuracy without the constant need for filter-based validation.
